Financial Services and Fintech is our business area that works with customers in banking, insurance, and fintech. All customers in this business area have very high demands on information security and see automation as a natural part of the delivery.

Your role at Iver As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing new and existing customers within the Financial Services and Fintech vertical. You will do this by managing, broadening, and increasing the business while creating business value for the customer. You are driven by building relationships, being solution-focused, and creating new business opportunities. You will achieve this through regular active contact and presence with your customers.

We help our customers develop their business and create value through technology. As technology is constantly changing, we must remain relevant, think ahead, and see solutions. As a KAM, you will have full P/L responsibility for some of our key customers.

Your tasks include:

  • Ensuring P/L, financial goals, and all contract-related issues for assigned customers.
  • Understanding the customer's needs and translating them into Iver opportunities.
  • Developing a strategy and plan to build long-term development together with the customer.
  • Leading, collaborating, and coaching the customer engagement team.
  • Continuously ensuring that delivery and quality meet customer expectations.
  • Creating new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Who are we looking for?

We believe that you who are applying have several years of successful experience in service sales of IT operations/outsourcing. To succeed in the role of KAM at Iver, you have the ability to see the big picture and understand the customer's business and needs. You build good relationships and enjoy working strategically and long-term in collaboration with the customer.

We see that you have the following:

  • Business-oriented with the ability to ensure profitability from a P/L perspective.
  • Documented experience of working with IT outsourcing for or within banking & Fintech.
  • Documented experience and success in selling complex IT solutions, developing good relationships with decision-makers, and closing deals.
  • Have a consultative sales approach to discover and understand potential drivers and technical requirements.
  • Negotiation skills and the drive to deliver results.
  • Industry/vertical competence as well as technical understanding and interest.
  • Commercial contract/legal competence.
  • You are fluent in both English and Swedish.

Location: Iver has 23 locations in the Nordic region. For this role, we see that you will be based at our office in Solna.
